The Nortex crew just completed exterior painting and repairs to our home. They would have completed in one day had we been home to open the doors for painting. They were prompt, did an excellent job, and stayed within our budget. Their bid was very thorough, easy to understand, and was the best pricing of 3 we received. The estimator was in contact with us throughout the day with updates and pics of the completed work. They left no mess, no drips, and no overspray. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond in showing that they cared. I called Nortex to give me an estimate on installing some gutters on my house. Luther took his time evaluating the house and what needed to be done. He gave me a reasonable quote, and told me about some safety issues with my house that increased the cost a bit. Then, a friend of the family who usually does our handyman stuff said that he could do it, and would give me a huge discount on labor, so I ended up not using Nortex. When I told Luther at Nortex, he very was understanding and his only concern was to make sure that the guy who does the work is careful to work around the issues he had told me about. He even offered to answer questions about how to safely do the job!

Nor Tex recently completed a “get ready to sell” paint job which means they did not have the luxury of painting the whole inside and having everything match. I asked them to paint 4 different ceilings and several walls AND they had to match the existing color. Tomas and his crew did an excellent job. He kept me informed on their progress and in the end, we walked the entire project together. Tomas, not me noticed a few touch-up spots and he had his crew complete the extra work. Speaking of extra work I added another space the day of the project and the crew jumped in and made it happen. This crew was at my door at the agreed time and got right to work. I highly recommend NorTex and specifically Jason and Tomas and his crew.

Jason was extremely responsive and a clear communicator. The team of painters who worked at my house were punctual, polite, and did a very thorough clean-up job when the project was done. I don’t ever write a review BUT because of the wonderful service Nortex and Jason provided, I must. We wanted the exterior painted, new gutters, and fence stained. I only wanted to deal with one vendor. They did it all and did an AMAZING JOB! Jason’s crew including Isaac, Cesar, and Tomas were very professional, on time, and left the property better than they found it.

5 Stars across the board ! Jason, his crew and NorTex came in just a bit under several other bids, but they were recommended by a Realtor who knew of their work, so we went with them. It was not only a good value but a great experience. They were on time and held to the schedule as promised, which is rare. They masked and cordoned off everything for no mess outside of the kitchen and a quick and easy clean up. The job looks great. Next day we had a small glitch so Jason brought them back for a complete fix and touch up. Excellent service along the lines of ‘exceeded expectations”. THX Jason !
